Snail Gel is all the rave right now in K-Beauty. Well, one of many. The ingenuity of Korean products never cease to amaze me and their products contain a lot of natural ingredients that work wonders on the skin.
When I first heard about snail gel products, I was a little turned off to the idea of using anything with this ingredient. Honestly, when I think of snails I picture that french dish you eat with butter. Or one slowly dying as you pour salt on it. But the popularity of Korean skincare is giving this critter a complete facelift.
Sunscreen is slowly but surely becoming a staple (rightfully so..) in many peoples’ daily routine around the world. With all the research and studies stating the harmful effects of sun damage, I believe it’s fantastic that people are starting to get more serious about sun damage. Continue reading
Hello my wonderful followers!
I have been so busy lately (in a good way) that I have not been able to publish anything. I can hardly believe how fast this summer has flown by and I am now starting my final year of college. Today, I just took an exam.
One thing I am trying to work on most this year is a consistent skincare routine.
Since starting this blog, it has been a great challenge in defining what exactly I want to do with it. I can count many nights spent researching and combing through various blogs seeking advice or answers that would lead me to success.
Lately, I’ve taken a break from all that and realize that my biggest hindrance was myself. I’ve been a little lazy with my content so I am focusing simply on getting my writing on track before anything else.
Lately, life has been hitting me pretty hard lately. This past week, I decided to visit my family for while I was transitioning between apartments. I didn’t quite get to rest much as we were pretty tied up looking for a new car.
Sharing one car with my sister has been beyond rough and I am excited to finally have my own separate car.
In the meantime, I got a new food haunt to share! One of the best things about living in Austin is the unique selections from almost every culture.
This summer, I have been refining my skincare routine to include essential products that not only cleanse but take care of my skin on a deeper level.
So, after swinging into the groove of my work life in Austin and getting my blog up, I felt that it was time to share a little bit about me!
So00, as an intern at a local publication I got to interview Margo Price, country’s latest rising star, prior to her performance at Willie Nelson’s Fourth of July Picnic at the Circuit of Americas.
I had an absolutely great time speaking with Margo (she has just went to bed at 1am to turn around for 9am interview, whew!)

Yesterday, I got to attend the launch party for a new fashion brand in place of my editor who was unable to attend.
This past weekend in by downtown, I decided to visit the Graffiti mural at Castle Hill just a few blocks from the Capitol. Once there, it was a pretty awesome sight to see.
